Something new I've created this year. I'd really appreciate it if you can help get it up and running by giving my page a follow, or better throw in a series entry 🏃‍♀️‍➡️🏃‍➡️. Doing Kathmandu Coast to Coast 2026? Get your hands on my 15 week training plan through to race day. Kick off is in 1.5 weeks- 29th October. It suits anyone who is not keen to commit to a coach and wants to save on $$. It does come with plenty of supporting resources and a community group that will help you have a successful day. I also help keep you on track with a monthly Facebook live Q&A. Sword fighting yesterday with the Katana and the Suiko 🥷. One of the many features on the Waimakariri River filmed by @topsport_or_die during the race. I'm the 3rd paddling in the black carbon kayak. The best thing about this kind of racing is the infinite amount of lines that are possible. Thanks to all that showed up to the @topsportkayaking race yesterday and gave it a go. Jog/hike from the Grand Canyon Rim to the Colorado and back this morning. Hard work getting back up 🥵 Great to dabble in some bigger whitewater than the Waimak. It's tricky to get the Okuku River at this flow, lucky to nail it yesterday with a great crew! Mount Earnslaw/Pikirakatahi east peak yesterday 🗻. Thanks @bmanguse and @hamishfleming23 for the day adventure. This place goes good A special experience over the last few days - getting to intensively follow and cover the @coasttocoastnz race. My stomach was twisted with stress, + brain was in overdrive because I wanted so badly to do a great job of it! Not much sleep, eating or drinking during the 3 days, a sign that so much is required. It's a real eye opener seeing what an enormous task it is to pull this race off. Huge hats off to Glen, Gemma, Ritchie, Struan and the 100's of others involved. #favouritetimeoftheyear Can't beat a good tramp this time of the year. Out with Mum, Dad and Lisa in the Ruahine range for 2 nights while the sun was out The big reveal! This just hit the waters this week. Len @topsport_or_die has worked his magic on this masterpiece for a while and it has come out incredible. The TSK Katana. Kayaking is something I love and to have a custom boat built by Len is something special, it's an honour. Looking forward to giving it a real test tomorrow at the Woodstock race and next Saturday at @motuchallenge @motu_challenge
